Hi, I’m Burhan Khawaja—but you might know me as Capt. Bravo Kilo.
My obsession with the sky didn't start in a flight school; it started at six years old, sitting in the flight deck of a commercial airliner. I remember looking at the endless rows of switches and then out at the clouds, genuinely baffled. How did this massive machine just start to levitate? How was it carrying me and my parents safely through the air? That childhood wonder about the physics of flight became the foundation of my life.
By the age of 11, while other kids were playing video games, I had my first flight simulator installed at home. I wasn't just playing; I was studying. I wanted to understand the "how" behind every bank, every climb, and every landing.
Today, that curiosity has evolved into a career as a Pilot and Flight Instructor. Aviation is often seen as a closed world, wrapped in complex jargon and daunting exams. My mission through the Capt. Bravo Kilo platform is to break those barriers down.
